Audi aimed to digitalize its financial leasing process with a dedicated portal that would streamline costs by reducing the reliance on physical offices and manual processes. The challenge was to create an intuitive platform that could replicate and enhance the in-person leasing experience while improving operational efficiency and reducing overhead.
As the UX & UI designer, I developed a comprehensive digital leasing portal tailored to Audi’s objectives. The portal transformed traditional, office-based processes into an efficient, fully digital experience. I focused on creating a seamless user journey, enabling customers to explore leasing options, customize plans, and finalize agreements without needing in-person visits. The platform included features for automated workflows, document management, and real-time support, reducing the burden on physical locations and staff.
By combining user-centric design with Audi’s brand ethos of innovation, I ensured the portal was not only functional but also reflected the premium experience Audi customers expect. The digital approach minimized friction in the leasing process and significantly enhanced accessibility for customers worldwide.
