I partnered with the CEO and teams to revamp their digital platforms, including a proprietary Transport Management System (TMS), B2B booking platform, and driver app, while also leading a full rebranding effort. Additionally, I established an in-house UX/UI department and a Project Management Office (PMO) to streamline operations and reduce costs. These efforts transformed Done Deliveries into a tech-driven logistics leader, ready to redefine the industry.

I led brand strategy workshops, developed a cohesive visual and verbal identity, and redesigned their web platform and mobile app with a universal Design System to improve usability and time-to-market. I also launched a Customer Knowledge Base and introduced analytics and AI-driven innovations to support product growth and engagement. Within two years, Locatick became Poland’s leading Field Management Services SaaS platform, growing its client base by 356% and positioning itself for success in European markets.
