Building the “next UBER” of Freight Management and Logistics industry.

Building the “next UBER” of Freight Management and Logistics industry.
Done Deliveries (CEO listed in Forbes “30 Under 30” list in 2022), set out to disrupt freight forwarding by becoming the “next UBER” of logistics. eyond modernizing its brand image and overhauling digital platforms—from a proprietary Transport Management System (TMS) to a driver app—the company needed to establish a robust PMO (Project Management Office) and UX/UI department. These initiatives were critical to reducing operational silos, cutting order-handling costs, and scaling a tech-driven approach to logistics.
I partnered with the CEO, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to revamp Done Deliveries’ TMS, creating a fresh look and feel alongside a universal Design System. I also led the design of the B2B online booking platform Quote&GO and a dedicated driver app. By deploying a comprehensive UX design process—user surveys, iterative testing, and collaborative workshops—we refined service blueprints and user journeys to significantly boost engagement (an NPS score of 58).
Simultaneously, I oversaw a complete rebranding effort, spanning from issuing RFPs and selecting an agency to guiding the entire design process and final assets. Throughout these projects, I built out the company’s PMO and established an in-house UX/UI department from the ground up. These efforts culminated in a new, Webflow-powered website, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint.
Today, Done Deliveries stands poised to redefine the freight industry, offering a frictionless, tech-driven experience on par with leading global ride-sharing services. The holistic redesign of its digital ecosystem, combined with a strong brand identity and data-driven insights, positions the company for sustained growth and ongoing disruption in the logistics industry.
