Odigo, a leading European provider of cloud-based contact center software, required a complete overhaul of its digital presence. The challenge was significant: transitioning its website to a more agile platform, addressing the complex needs of a multilingual audience, and creating a cohesive brand identity that would resonate across its vast ecosystem of users, partners, and stakeholders. The goal was to deliver a dynamic, user-focused website while reinforcing Odigo’s position as an industry leader in innovation and customer experience.
I led a multidisciplinary team in redesigning Odigo’s website, working closely with Odigo’s management and service leaders. We tackled key challenges, including transitioning the CMS to WordPress Gutenberg, optimizing web and mobile functionality, and launching four additional language versions alongside a dedicated partner platform. Our user-centric approach focused on intuitive navigation, streamlined workflows for over 100 daily content creators, and a modern and accessible responsive UI that highlighted Odigo’s global services.
Beyond the website, we contributed to Odigo’s broader brand ecosystem. This included refreshing the brand identity to maintain relevance in a fast-evolving market, producing impactful multilingual campaigns, and creating promotional assets for events. Together, we established a digital presence that not only serves Odigo’s existing users but also attracts new prospects, reinforcing their position as a leader in cloud-based contact center solutions.
Over two years, my team and I helped Odigo evolve its digital and brand presence. The new website became a cornerstone of its digital strategy, driving engagement among its 150,000+ users across 100 countries. The refreshed brand identity and content strategies solidified Odigo’s reputation as a trusted industry leader. Our work on events and social media further expanded Odigo’s reach, delivering measurable results and positioning the company for continued growth in a competitive SaaS landscape.
