Eterys, formerly known as Terazem, is a consultancy dedicated to reindustrialization and revitalization projects, helping businesses and territories navigate economic and real estate challenges. With a mission to empower regions with strategic insights and tailored solutions, the company needed a complete rebranding to establish a strong, authoritative presence in the market. This required not only a new name and brand identity but also a multilingual digital platform to communicate their expertise clearly and attract high-value clients in both the public and private sectors.
I led the end-to-end transformation of Terazem into Eterys, shaping its new brand name, positioning, visual identity, and communication strategy. This included a comprehensive brand identity system—from a distinctive logo and color palette to a clear messaging framework that positioned Eterys as a trusted partner in economic revitalization.
To ensure consistency across touchpoints, I created a suite of brand assets, including presentation templates, reports, and marketing materials, reinforcing credibility and expertise. The multilingual website was designed as a core engagement tool, featuring clear service structures, case studies, and thought leadership content to build trust with potential clients.
Throughout the process, I worked closely with two founders, conducting and facilitating a number of workshops to align the brand’s visual and strategic direction with its business goals, ensuring that Eterys could effectively communicate its mission and establish itself as a leader in its field.
The rebrand successfully positioned Eterys as a high-caliber, boutique consultancy specializing in reindustrialization and revitalization. With a refined digital presence, clear service offerings, and a cohesive brand identity, Eterys is now well-equipped to attract government agencies, corporate clients, and investors looking to drive sustainable economic growth. The transformation reinforced Eterys’ reputation as a strategic partner, laying the groundwork for expansion of its services and key markets.
