I joined Locatick as Brand, Service & Product Designer at a pivotal moment—when they were striving to become a market leader in Poland and looking to position themselves for wider EU expansion. To achieve this, the company needed a holistic overhaul of its brand and product experience to improve brand and user experience, time-to-market for new features and ultimately attract new clients. They also aimed to refine and expand its pricing model and explore AI-driven solutions for ongoing product innovation.
I started from leading brand strategy workshops to clarify brand positioning, define buyer personas, and map out go-to-market approaches. Building on these insights, I started crafting a comprehensive visual and verbal brand identity, ensuring cohesive rollout across all channels.On the product side, I completely redesigned Locatick’s web platform and mobile app, establishing a universal Design System to maintain functional and aesthetic consistency as well as drastically increase time-to-market for releasing new features and product improvements. To reduce the tool entry threshold, I conceptualised, designed, oversaw the production, and launched a Customer Knowledge Base. My entire process was informed by user interviews, usability testing and a new analytics framework (implemented across the platform, app and the website) for data-driven decision-making. Concurrently, through cross-department collaboration, we refined the pricing model to reflect market insights and identified low-effort high-gain AI applications that could spur product innovation.
Within my two years at Locatick, the company evolved from one of key players into Poland’s leading Field Management Services SaaS platform (356% client base growth in H2 2024), achieving a major milestone on its journey toward broader EU expansion. The revamped brand identity and streamlined service design resonated with target audiences, boosting adoption and engagement. By integrating comprehensive analytics and scoping AI-driven solutions, Locatick remains agile and primed for continued growth, ready to replicate its Polish market success across Europe.
