TiA, a global leader in innovative heating and cooling solutions operating across 48 countries, needed a comprehensive digital overhaul to better reflect their expertise and extensive product range. The objective was to seamlessly integrate their ERP and SharePoint systems with a WordPress-powered website while creating a user-friendly, e-commerce-like experience for their vast catalog of underfloor heating systems, smart heating controls, and installation accessories. This transformation aimed to streamline company’s digital operations and strengthen their global presence.
I led the UX and UI design process for TiA’s new website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience that aligns with the company’s mission of sustainable growth. I worked closely with TiA’s CEO, marketing team and product teams across the globe. I also consulted and oversaw the creation of on the company’s rebranding, helping to shape a refreshed visual identity.
The new multilingual website is designed to cater to TiA’s global audience across 48 countries, integrating ERP and SharePoint systems into a streamlined WordPress platform. Additionally, I incorporated an e-commerce-style experience for the product catalog, simplifying navigation and enhancing accessibility for customers across the globe.
